How does the Mindful Intimacy Card Deck work?
Mindful Intimacy is card deck that makes it easy to talk about sex and get in the mood.
There are two levels of 69 cards each with a combination of question and action prompts.
The first level is more romantic to warm things up. The second level dives into sexual prompts that explore your desires.
Question cards are about digging deeper and having meaningful conversations. Action cards increase trust through physical intimacy exercises.
The purpose is to spice things up, while fostering healthy vulnerability and a better understanding of each other.
How do I use the Foria Arousal Oil?
It is designed as an arousal oil, or “pre-lube”. It’s meant to be applied at the beginning of sexual activity, to support the body’s arousal response by enhancing natural lubrication and blood flow and easing discomfort.
Be sure to apply the oil topically first and allow at least 15 minutes for it to take effect so it doesn’t become diluted.
Is the Foria Arousal Oil safe with condoms and sex toys?
Condoms
Because Foria Arousal Oil is oil-based and can degrade latex and poly-isoprene, we recommend choosing oil-safe barriers like polyurethane or nitrile condoms for protection from STIs and pregnancy (or lambskin for prevention of pregnancy but not STIs).
Several major condom brands offer polyurethane condoms. Just be sure they're "poly-urethane" NOT "poly-isoprene."
Some couples enjoy the FC2 "female condom" or "internal condom" since it is less constricting, with more sensation for him and less friction for her.
